Update 12.10.2014 : it moves.... ; )))
...guest of Mathias Leboeuf... by ...-TV
The candidacy of ... in the presidential election was officially declared on December 3, 2011. It was accompanied by the presentation of a presidential program, which is generally judged by all impartial and bona fide minds who have viewed it, as the most coherent, the most precise, the most educational, the most legally irrefutable, the most technically reliable, and the most radically innovative of all the other programs presented to the French.
However, this candidacy is systematically passed over in silence in all the major audiovisual media in our country.
A TOTAL SILENCE ON THE ONLY CANDIDACY OF ...
According to figures from the CSA, the cumulative speaking and airtime devoted by all French television stations to declared candidates for the presidency of the Republic between 1 and 27 January 2012 were as follows:
- 3626 minutes for François Hollande (more than 60 hours)
- 3450 minutes for Nicolas Sarkozy (over 57 hours)
- 913 minutes for François Bayrou (more than 15 hours)
- 722 minutes for Marine Le Pen (more than 12 hours)
- 568 minutes for Jean-Luc Mélenchon (more than 9 hours)
- 484 minutes for Eva Joly (8 hours)
- 202 minutes for Hervé Morin (3 hours 20 minutes), who is no longer a candidate
- 186 minutes for Dominique de Villepin (3 hours)
- 114 minutes for Nicolas Dupont-Aignan (2 hours)
- 108 minutes for Nathalie Arthaud (1 hour 48)
- 101 minutes for Christine Boutin (1 hour 40), who is no longer a candidate
- 92 minutes for Corinne Lepage (1 hour and a half)
- 36 minutes for Philippe Poutou
- 9 minutes for Frédéric Nihous, who is no longer a candidate
- and 0 minutes 0 seconds for...
This total silence disregards the invitations we sent out to hundreds of journalists on the occasion of our Congress, our incessant solicitations before and after, and the 58 registered letters with acknowledgment of receipt sent a month ago to the editors of the 58 major French media.
This deafening silence, which is also respected by the major national press, expressly violates the requirements of "fairness" of treatment between the declared candidates, during the search for sponsorships, as they were enacted by the Superior Council of the Audio-visual.
Indeed, following our express referral, Mr. Michel Boyon, president of the CSA, and Mrs. Christine Kelly, president of the working group "Pluralism and electoral campaigns" of the CSA, kindly confirmed to us, in writing (see the letter from the CSA President) and orally, that the candidacy of ... was to benefit from these provisions.
The unfailing silence of all the major media in the country on the candidacy of ... is all the more intolerable and shocking that these same media grant, in this period of pre-presidential campaign, national coverage to fanciful candidates (Kenza Drider, alias "the candidate in the niqab", David Derrien, alias "Dédé l'abeillaud", Isabelle Laeng, alias "Cindy Lee", etc.), or to isolated candidates who have neither political parties nor sympathizers to support them (Maxime Verner, Clément Wittmann, etc.), or even to political leaders who are not declared candidates.
THE RAPID RISE IN THE NOTORIETY OF... AND OF THE MEMBERS OF THE... MAKES THE MEDIA SILENCE THAT HITS THEM ALL THE MORE ILLEGITIMATE AND SHOCKING.
The Union Populaire Républicaine (...) recalls that it now has more than 1 members (this exact figure can be verified by bailiff) and tens of thousands of supporters.
Its notoriety on the Internet continues to grow, whether through its official website, on Facebook ou on Twitter.
More than 250 sympathizers and members have been looking for sponsorship for several months, and the public meetings held throughout France are attracting more and more people. His presidential program has already been viewed more than 45 times on the Dailymotion vector alone..
The only two passages of the president of... on televisions having a significant audience were carried out last autumn. They achieved viewing and approval ratings that stunned journalists themselves.
So, his debate on BFM Business in mid-September has gotten over 26 views on Dailymotion since then and the one on France 24 more than 15 views. In both cases, these scores propel the videos of ... to the very top of the show history. They leave very, very far behind the scores obtained by the other French politicians invited to these same programs.
For any honest and good-faith observer, all these verifiable elements make our requests with regard to the media absolutely legitimate and founded.
WHY DO THE POLITICAL JOURNALISTS OF THE MAJOR MEDIA IN THE COUNTRY REFUSE WITH IMPUNITY TO APPLY THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE CSA?
We know, moreover, through indiscretions, that all the great French political journalists have an excellent knowledge of who is ..., of what his program includes, and of the flight of his notoriety on the Internet. It is also normal that they know this since the monitoring of political developments in France constitutes the very heart of their job.
The decisive question that arises is therefore to determine why they persist in refusing to grant ... the fair media coverage to which the CSA itself has said that it was entitled.
This absence of media coverage is not only a denial of democracy that in itself handicaps campaigning. It turns into a formidable obstacle in the search for 500 sponsorships because elected officials are reluctant to sponsor a candidate who is totally absent from the media with a national audience.
And the more time passes, the more this total media absence is interpreted by the mayors of small villages as the fact that ... is not a candidate for good. And since the mayors are already the targets of multiple pressures to deny us sponsorships, and these sponsorships are then made public, there is now a real and serious risk that ... cannot obtain the number of sponsorships necessary to be a candidate.
We are therefore going to end up believing that it is precisely this outcome that the major media in our country, or in any case the political, economic and financial forces that direct them, are looking for. Could this be a new application of the “self-fulfilling prophecy” techniques developed by opinion manipulators? Techniques that can be applied to impose a candidate, as well as to dismiss another.
Be that as it may, by organizing an absolute lockdown around the candidacy of ..., the mainstream media are effectively preventing him from obtaining the fateful 500 sponsorships. It will then be very convenient to clear customs afterwards by taking advantage of the fact that ... did not deserve to be given the floor since he was unable to gather the necessary sponsorships.
CONCLUSION: THE ABSOLUTE URGENCY OF MEDIA PASSAGES
The sponsorship search period ends in two weeks.
The mobilization of our members and sympathizers is not weakening, quite the contrary, but without media coverage, the task is practically insurmountable.
We therefore ask once again and for the last time journalists from the major audiovisual media to faithfully report on the candidacy of ..., as the CSA has formally invited them to do. Given the deadlines, there is now an absolute urgency.
If the media silence does not cease in the very next few days, the thousands of sympathizers of the..., whose flow grows daily, will know definitively what to hold on to what remains of democracy in France.
