Seals disappear and reappear as if by magic.

That's it, the 5republic invented teletransportation.

Hello Spocky! I need you there...

Mysteriously disappeared in June, the seals of the Boulin case file were found Thursday at the Palais de de following the of the General Inspectorate of Judicial Services. On October 30, 1979, the body of Robert Boulin, then Minister of Labor for Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, was discovered in a pond in the forest of Rambouillet (Yvelines).

Officially, the Gaullist minister, tipped to become head of government, would have committed suicide because he would not have supported the revelations of the press on a ground that he had bought at a low price.

Refusing the thesis of suicide, the family of Robert Boulin had filed a complaint for intentional homicide in 1983, but that had resulted in a dismissal, confirmed on December 15, 1992 by the Court of Cassation.

Letters and envelopes

Pugnacious, the daughter of Robert Boulin asked for the reopening of the investigation, in particular wishing genetic expertise on the envelopes and letters where the former Minister of Labor announced his suicide, in order to determine if he was indeed the author. But, on June 8, the general prosecutor's office of the Paris Court of Appeal opposed the reopening of the investigation. He had considered that the DNA analyzes could not be the subject of any comparison since no one was ever implicated or exonerated in this case. The public prosecutor had at the same time acknowledged that part of the seals linked to this legal case had disappeared.

The vanished seals were precisely these letters and envelopes. “It is also incredible that the Attorney General of Paris, François Falletti, decided not to reopen the investigation without taking the trouble to find these seals which, obviously, were a few offices away from his,” protested. Me Olivier Morice, the lawyer for the daughter of Robert Boulin, Fabienne Boulin-Burgeat.
