Occupational Medicine is there to defend the rights of workers, inevitably this does not please PSA who STEALS the money of the French (es) by practicing on an industrial scale tax evasion, and IN ADDITION puts them out of work by relocating its factories with a vengeance (Additional information at the bottom of the article).

The management of the PSA Peugeot Citroën plant in Metz, in Moselle, persists and signs. After the works council's negative opinion on the proposed dismissal of the site's occupational physician, Isabelle Kryvenac, followed by the refusal, on 1er September, from the labor inspectorate to authorize it, the group has taken the next step. Namely the "hierarchical appeal" to the Minister of Labor, in order to obtain his approval. The latter has four months, from receipt of the request, to render its decision.
This dismissal control procedure is implemented, including during the trial period, insofar as the occupational physician is one of the so-called “protected” employees, such as the staff representatives.

Asked, the management of this site of 1700 employees, which manufactures gearboxes, does not want to comment or give the date of filing of its hierarchical appeal. She had two months to do so after the refusal of the labor inspectorate. In its decision, the latter indicates, following a contradictory investigation, that management invokes "relationship difficulties" between the doctor on the one hand, the human resources department and management on the other hand, as well as "difficulty in appropriating the group's operating methods" PSA by Mme Kryvenac.
