The DOWINO studio launches “A Blind Legend”, an audio-game for smartphones intended for the blind. The player embodies Edward Blake, a knight with gouged eyes who must save his sweetheart. Put on a helmet and let yourself be guided.
"A Blind Legend" was developed with the support of the Federation of the Blind of France. “We regularly test elements of the game with blind people in order to get their opinion”, confides Pierre-Alain Gagne to street press. But gambling isn't just for the blind. Psychics can also experience blindness to immerse themselves in an elaborate story. "It's not the first smartphone video game for the blind, but it's the first that leaves so much room for a developed scenario and action" assures the co-founder. “A Blind Legend” will be free to download.
