Since this Sunday, December 6, 2015, the country can "be proud" of a new label made in France: "welcome to the most 'extreme right' country in the world". From the democratic world, we agree.
Look carefully: Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom... nothing compares. Of course, there remains the Hungary of Mr. Orban whose only excuse - if there were to be one - is to have spent long years behind the iron curtain. Many countries much more deeply affected by the crisis or migration issues have not sought a similar response. See Greece. Why did she choose Syriza and not the Golden Dawn neo-Nazis?
Decidedly dedicated to records of all kinds and to the famous "French specificities" (country most addicted to antidepressants, most pessimistic country in the world...), here we are now enriched with a new title.
Whose fault is it ? Everyone has their own diagnosis. The fault on the left which raises the FN when it is in power. Blame it on the right which, thanks to the visionary talent of the former President of the Republic, destroyed the old Gaullist barriers of a Republican front. Blame it on Europe, on globalisation. The fault in business, in Tapie. The fault with the press which makes the play of the FN by announcing only bad news. The fault of the attacks (but then why were the voters of the Parisian districts victims of the terrorists, 10th and 11th arrondissements, the least likely to vote FN?).
Why are we French the only ones who do not harbor in our veins this fragile anti-virus called democratic citizen or republican culture? Today France, tomorrow Europe, if we are not careful. 50% of French people on Sunday deserted democracy by not voting, 80% by counting the votes of the FN.
It's high time to stop the antidepressants prescribed by these ominous shrinks. Let's look at tomorrow, let's look at the future, it is full of hope. The readers of We Tomorrow know it well.
