70 blogs from the Blogetery service closed in the United States

The Wordpress-based platform Blogetery has just seen its entire community closed by its host, BurstNET, which announced in an official press release that this suspension had been carried out following a request from the equivalent of a bailiff's office .

Blogetery was shut down at the request of law enforcement officials, due to content hosted on the server. We are limited in the details we can provide, but it should be noted that this was a critical issue, and the only option available to us was to immediately disable the server.

According to initial indications from the case talk page, a case of intellectual property infringement would have been the motivation for this closure.
