Bill N° 3714 tabled in the National Assembly by the Prime Minister is nothing but an undermining of democracy; the majority will vote for it without even realizing its seriousness, and thus will put an end to the History of Freedoms in our country.
The accelerated procedure requested by the Government is a smokescreen to deceive the French Nation, parliamentarians in the lead. We think “democracy”? They take us for under-citizens.
Law No. 3714: bringing the people of France into line. This diabolically concocted text legalizes emergency powers. Its five articles create two regimes: "health crisis" and "health emergency", which allow the Government, without control, to sit on our freedoms. The goal is revealing: to create a "sustainable regime" in terms of health emergencies: "we" will thus be able to use the state of exception as soon as "we" feel we need it...
Obvious implication: other epidemics will come, natural or organized (?) and all powers will be concentrated in the hands of the Minister of Health.
Have those who accused tyranny of prolonging the epidemic been accused of conspiracy? This future law, however, proves them right.
First novelty: the Government creates a “state of health crisis”, if there is a threat or a “serious health situation”, without any additional details. here's one blank check to pretext a crisis at the slightest epidemic of colds, gastroenteritis, even wild aggression of a hemorrhoidovirus, to the delight of proctologists! Result ? Suspension of freedoms. Exit any scientist who dares to claim (for example...) that Omicron is just a bad cold.
In the event of a "health crisis", exceptional powers are immediately entrusted to the Government which, as everyone knows, has the ultimate powers in matters of health (!):
1 ° - the Prime Minister can fix the prices of goods ! What does it have to do with health?
2 ° - the Prime Minister can requisition goods and people. Our goods, our houses, what belongs to us and our people!!!! They may be planning to relocate migrants there, we would be requisitioned to go and clean up there before being taken back in the evening to our concentration camps for reasons of health crisis?
3° - the Minister of Health can decide on the placement and maintenance in isolation of affected or contaminated persons or quarantine of persons likely to be contaminated. It is nothing but a suspension of individual liberties at the whim of a tyrant.
4°: the Minister of Health may take any measure allowing the provision of health products to patients. After the ban on prescribing (effective) drugs, replacing them with Doliprane (strongly discouraged by many real specialists), as long as serious breathing difficulty does not occur, the only "medical" criterion for calling on 15 and hospitalization in disaster, how can we still trust an individual who is more political than doctor?
5°: the Minister of Health may take any other measure relating to the health system. Do you hear the death knell of liberal medicine and the family doctor who knows his patients?
Hallucinating violation of freedoms! The State alone decides on the placement of patients and medical prescriptions.

Which doctors will accept this enlistment? Those who have taken the hypocritical oath, certainly. The others, respectful of the Hippocratic oath, will be struck off the Order, these ultimate judges, some of whom have not seen a patient for a long time.
The "state of health emergency", the higher degree of the "health crisis", will be declared by decree, but available scientific data will be made public. What luck ! And by whom? Probably by the subscribers of TV shows, these teachers whose services are overwhelmed and that their subordinates strive to make work in their absence; these eminent specialists discreet about their conflicts of interest (despite the law, however!) and who impose their points of view in front of complacent journalists (you say journalists? “How strange!” would have said Louis Jouvet).
Everything will be decided by decree. No more law! Not even a law passed on the sly by a rump parliament.
Nothing but Master's decree.
And that's not all ! Here are some cleverly designed refinements to bring down the last freedoms:
1°: the Prime Minister may regulate or prohibit the movement of people and regulate access to means of transport and the conditions of their use.
2°: the Prime Minister may also prohibit people from going out, subject to travel essential for family or health needs. That, we have already seen: each house becomes a prison annex.
3°: the Prime Minister may order the temporary closure and regulate the opening of establishments open to the public as well as meeting places, guaranteeing people's access to essential goods and services. That too, we have already seen...
4°: the Prime Minister can still limit or prohibit gatherings and meetings of any kind, excluding any regulation of the conditions of presence or access to residential premises.
5°: the Prime Minister may take any other measure limiting freedom of enterprise... Back to the state workshops of 1848?
6°: finally, it is expected that these provisions may be subject to a screening test establishing that the person is not affected or contaminated. They weren't going to lose the benefit of a brilliant invention: the 40% reliable test! Billed €19,53 to non-vaccinated (not reimbursed by Social Security, without the basic contributions being reduced: there are no small savings).
Parthian Spit: Bill 3714 provides that draft regulatory acts are exempt from any mandatory prior consultation, with the exception of those provided for in this chapter. Intermediate bodies and national representation are thus "stepped over", the rules are erased. Deputies and senators (who have become useless) will they be fired? If so, it would save a lot of money...
