Chalouette warmly recommended this n°2193 du Point to me, for this article on the embezzlement of vocational training funds. I think everyone is concerned, so I take the liberty of recommending it to you in turn.

Le Point made its front page this week on the money diverted from vocational training. “32 billion in smoke”.
Contrary to what is announced, it is not a revelation but always a scandal.
The unions are bailed out by these formations, at prohibitive rates and as it is deductible from the budgets, we let it happen.
The reactions at the time following the FR2 report.
Vocational training scandal: Michel Sapin, the Minister of Labor (under Ayrault), wants a “profound” reform.
An edifying report, “there must be no confusion of genres”, declares the Minister of Labour.
- sack race, air guitar, …
“Anyone can declare themselves a training organization. (…) Out of 10 files that we see, there are 5 that are bogus.”
Professional training sometimes allows many abuses as shown by “Cash Investigation” on France 2 devoted to the diversion and waste of money in the sector.
An imperative for a sector valued at “26 billion € “, according to our colleagues from France 2.
But for 1 year, nothing concrete:

You can be reassured, if an organization presents the mention “NF” (Afnor standard, French standards), ISO” (International Standard Organization) or “OPQF” (Professional office for the qualification of training).
These labels do not mean that you can blindly trust their holders.
Before signing up for a medium or long-term seminar, always ask to be able to stop everything after a few hours if you are not satisfied or attend an internship for a company...
150 labor inspectors to control 50.000 training centres. For lack of time and resources, they can only judge the activity of these organizations on file, with photocopies it is quickly put together and then the reality is different.
