As we reported to you in theinterview with Master Danglehant, the state of emergency status is illegal (and, therefore, its extension too), so this is the straight line to the dictatorship...
On learned there moreover, that under his good-natured air, François Holland is the president of the VIIe republic that has the most recourse to assassinations targeted... (yes, yes, it's serious, and it's even the subject of a book...)
As for the arrest of these pseudo-terrorists (alive), instead of establishing a state of emergency for the entire population, it would still be necessary for justice have the MEANS to investigate, but if you have followed our argument (additional information), you will easily understand that it's the last concern of the government...Since the attacks in question serve precisely as an alibi for the establishment of this dictatorship... (As in the United States after the attacks of September 11, 2001).
Always look for who benefits from the crime...CQFD
Update 27.01.2016 : Taubira's resignation: "Sometimes resisting is leaving"
Sincerely,
f.
“Before modifying the law and giving the State increased powers, it must ask itself what has prevented such an abomination from being avoided. » Associations and trade unions gathered at the end of November around the call “We will not give in! ". Together, they launched the petition “For us, it's definitely no! against constitutional reform. On January 30, 2016, they call for demonstrations everywhere in France against the forfeiture of nationality and the constitutionalization of the state of emergency. “For our freedoms, for a society where fraternity has its place, we will not give in to the fear in which those who make death their reason for living want to make us live. »
Those who, in the name of Daesch, subjected Paris and Saint-Denis to a moment of absolute inhumanity will not make us give in. Nothing can justify these assassinations, here or elsewhere. Each of the victims lives in us because we belong to the same humanity. Our solidarity with them and with their families is total. This crime is immense but it is by continuing to live freely and fraternally that our response will be up to par.
We are not naive: we know that these acts of terrorism call for responses commensurate with the danger they represent. As we know that the role of law enforcement and justice is essential to protect our freedoms. But that should not prevent us from reflecting on the responses that our society must provide to these acts and to those already implemented.
It is democracy that is undermined when Parliament is called upon to deliberate from one day to the next, under the pressure of emotion and the onslaught of demagoguery from politicians who cultivate fear.
After the extension of the state of emergency and the extension of police powers, other measures are still announced by the President of the Republic.
We believe it is essential to remember that nothing should take us out of the rule of law and deprive us of our freedoms. The state of emergency cannot become a permanent state and the conditions for its implementation cannot hinder social democracy, the exercise of citizenship and public debate.
Since 1986, laws granting more powers to the police, organizing exceptional justice and restricting our freedoms, on the pretext of fighting terrorism, have been piling up. The adoption of other legislative provisions, including constitutional ones, requires asking the question of their effectiveness and the additional attack on the freedoms that they constitute. Before modifying the law and conferring increased powers on the State, it must ask itself what has prevented such an abomination from being avoided. The response of the authorities is intended to be martial, it is not an assurance of security and in no way guarantees respect for our freedoms.
Wanting to deprive even people born in France of their nationality is to once again deliver the message of a divided France. The silence of the President of the Republic, during the meeting of Parliament, on the essential commitment of the State in favor of equal rights, social justice, the development of public services, against all forms of discrimination and against all manifestations of racism dramatically increases the feeling of exclusion experienced by a whole section of our people. It thus gives a little more body to the growing stigmatization which is exercised and jeopardizes our desire to live together.
We want these dramatic events to be, on the contrary, an opportunity to build another path than the one proposed to us. A path which refuses to designate scapegoats and which refuses that France be at war against itself. A path that gives peace and equal rights their full place and that is committed to a united France, open to others, welcoming, free and fraternal.
For our freedoms, for a society where fraternity has its place, we will not give in to the fear in which those who make death their reason for living want to make us live.
We call on the women and men of this country to stand together and fight against all forms of racism. We also call for the defense of freedoms because we will make prevail in all circumstances our freedom of information, expression, demonstration and assembly. Our organizations will build, throughout France, these places that will allow us to debate and we will exercise permanent vigilance so that our rights and freedoms are preserved and that no one is the victim of discrimination.
