Created in June 2012 in the wake of the defeat of the UMP in the presidential election, this company is a model of success. However, the right-wing and center presidential candidate never flaunts it. Consulting, a potential source of conflicts of interest
According to its articles of association, the corporate purpose of 2F Conseil is "advice, assistance, training, carrying out studies, monitoring, audits, analyzes or services (…)" in favor of “of any natural person (…), legal person (…), any State and any international European, national, state, regional, departmental, municipal or local body (…)”.
Consulting, a potential source of conflicts of interest, is prohibited for each MEP who begins this activity if it was not theirs “before the start of their mandate”.
