In the 50s, Americans desperately wanted to win the Cold War against Russia and the rise of communism. The CIA is involved in the battle through particularly extensive and disturbing research into the biological and chemical control of human behavior. In the greatest secrecy, hundreds of Americans are subjected to life-threatening biological weapons. Prolonged exposures to LSD in detainees, electroshocks administered to psychiatric patients, mental manipulations, uses of truth serums, so many experiments carried out in the name of the country's security. The work of two doctors is recounted in this shocking documentary, Dr. Olson who was ultimately murdered, and those of Dr. Cameron, a Montreal doctor.
