Being on the move in Crosnie, we happen to be unable to smoke in the hotel. I am a heavy smoker of cigarettes, I was very annoyed. I had seen some time ago on the internet an advertisement for an "electronic cigarette", I was quite interested despite a legitimate doubt as to the effectiveness of this cigarette, so I did not follow up for lack of means because it cost around 90 euros.

By force of circumstance, I therefore had to fall back on this “electronic cigarette” and I was very pleasantly surprised, even surprised.

The box is of a good design, quite 'flashy' but well ordered. Everything is perfectly packaged to be able to take everything on vacation or on the go. This electronic cigarette is tolerated in public places because it emits almost no smoke.

The box contains:

1 complete cigarette with filter, lighter and battery

1 spare battery

1 mains charger

1 USB cable and 1 USB connector to charge the battery

1 pocket to store the cigarette

1 refill box High, Low, Medium and without nicotine

The cigarette in itself consists of 3 elements, the battery which is white and which takes the major size of the cigarette, a kind of igniter, and the filter with the nicotine. It also comes with 4 refills High, Medium, Low and without nicotine.

The type of use is very close to a classic cigarette, but without the 4000 toxic products present in a conventional cigarette. Certainly it remains a drug, because it is nicotine. But the mode of administration is much 'cleaner' almost no smoke, and an immediate relief effect.

The type of use is 15 'puffs' or assimilation of nicotine, then a break of 30 minutes before the next 'cigarette'. The price of 5 refills is approximately 9 euros, and one refill is equivalent to approximately a pack of normal cigarettes.

The menthol flavor is also available for aficionados (isn't that doudou?). The fact of being able to go from strong, to medium and then weak, to finally arrive at a filter without nicotine is, in my opinion, a very good way to quit smoking, while keeping the gestures that are so dear to us (in all senses of the word).
