Having worked for 15 years as an engineer in a large company, it is, alas, an unrecognized consequence of this activity, which can lead to the worst, and generally be misunderstood for lack of information.
Red list, orange list, green list: which companies are concerned about managing stress at work?
The Department of Labor released its business listings (more than 1.500 employees) who have implemented (green list) or not (red list) measures aimed at preventing stress at work or undertake to do so (orange list). This approach was launched by Xavier Darcos, Minister of Labour, after the series of suicides at France Telecom.
Precisely, France Telecom appears in the orange list thanks to the talks that the company has started with the unions. This category also includes Decathlon, Sony France, Mars Chocolat, Maaf and MMA.
Among the bad students: the pharmaceutical laboratory GSK, Picard Surgelés, the agri-food group Labeyrie, the home delivery company Maximo, Printemps, BHV (Bazar de l'Hôtel de Ville), or even AFP (Agence France Press). These companies did nothing or did not respond to the questionnaire submitted by the ministry.
Conversely, among the companies that declared having signed a substantive or method agreement are PSA, Thales, GDF Suez, Rhodia, Yoplait or Sodexo. The SFR company, which was to appear until Wednesday morning in the red category, provided in extremis elements on the steps taken and should find itself in the orange category.
900 companies out of the 1.700 surveyed responded to the ministry's questionnaire. 33% were on the green list and 55% on the orange list.
