18 years in prison for an online usurper

We had warned you, that with the case canned Lulzsec, there was going to be sport. The trend is therefore displayed. Admittedly, this Mr. Ardolf is not especially an altar boy, but 18 years in prison for a WEP key! He didn't kill anyone anyway! Above all, don't go for a denial of service attack on Master Card or VISA, or you take it for 2 generations... Anyway, it's going in the right direction. Soon we will all have our little cardNumeric identity or our RFID to authenticate and log on the network! Wait! Anonymity is over!

Barry Ardolf, a 46-year-old Internet user, was sentenced on July 9 to 18 years in prison for hacking into his neighbours' Internet connection.

In 2008, following a neighborhood complaint, Barry thought it smart to hack into his neighbours' wifi. It will then impersonate the rightful owners of the connection. "When he started resenting his neighbors, explains the US justice, he transformed his anger into a campaign of calculated terror."

The pirate had been accused by his neighbors of kissing a 4-year-old boy on the mouth. In retaliation, the convict had sent photos of child pornography to the office colleagues of the impersonated neighbor.
