In a communication number as predictable as it is hackneyed, the Valls government announced the postponement of the examination by the Council of Ministers of the El Khomri law.
It is because this law, which takes up what the MEDEF demands and which responds to the orders of the European Commission to “liberalize the labor market” and vice versa, has raised a huge wave of popular indignation. More than 850.000 people have already signed the petition to demand its withdrawal and calls to demonstrate on March 9 and March 31 are increasing.
And the government, which is already announcing that it is ready to pass the text in force, with article 49.3, has seen the people rise up in front of it, preparing to fight to defend their rights. Of course, Hollande and Valls received strong support from the employers' unions. And the uninhibited right has launched a petition to support the text. It was the media watchdog and self-proclaimed opinion poll expert who got the ball rolling. Immediately collecting the signature of Gattaz (president of MEDEF and son of president of MEDEF) and Laurence Parisot his predecessor… and a few thousand people. Illustration of the class struggle between the working class, the 99% and the capitalist class, the 1%/
But the game is not won. It is the mobilization all together and en masse that alone can make them go back.
The CFDT and the PS make fun of the workers
Because this retreat is only tactical. The time for the government to pretend to negotiate with the CFDT. Cinema in fact paying off with the heads of the workers. Because if the CFDT pretends to display a facade of disagreement against the text of the labor law, we know only too well that it is to better sign – as always – an agreement in exchange for the change of policy of three commas. It is that it would be hard to believe that Laurent Berger, the leader of the CFDT, does not get along with the former treasurer of the CFDT and responsible for the initial continuing training of this central, Anousheh Karvar, who is the current Deputy Director of Cabinet of Myriam El Khomri at the Ministry of Labour. Funny coincidence. Really ? Especially when we know that Berger does not claim the withdrawal of the law, but some amendments concerning the... training account. Who are we laughing at ?
The CFDT and the PS want to make the skin of the labor Code, the workers themselves are dying of capitalist exploitation
While the PS, François Hollande, Laurent Berger and Pierre Gattaz claim with one voice that their enemy is the labor code, shouting together with the European Commission that it is necessary to "liberate the labor market" and denouncing these workers who are overpaid, oversecured, overprotected, the workers live the harsh reality of capitalist exploitation.
6,5 million unemployed, 10 million working poor. And these numbers that send shivers down your spine:
- 20.000 deaths due to unemployment each year
- more than 1100 deaths from accidents at work, 39.000 accidents at work
- 75.000 workers who because of their work are permanently incapacitated.
- 1.000.000 million dismissals each year, and more than 120.000 appeals against unfair dismissal each year, and the majority of workers will win their cases.
- 14% of employees are not paid overtime, and up to 35% for executives!
That's enough ! #we are better than that.
