Four major download sites for software, music, film counterfeits closed. Bulgarian police shut down four sites dedicated to illegal movie downloads last week, music, software and other books. An operation carried out with the support of the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI). The four sites in question, nanoser.net, rapidadd.com, 4storing.com and afasta.com. According to the police, the members of these networks would have spent 2,5 million euros in fees for access rights. Servers containing more than 120 terabytes of copies were seized.
