Once again, the government – helped by its media outlets such as the Nouvel Obs – trumpeted its satisfaction with the publication of the unemployment figures de November 2016. Yet far from the announced decline, the latest figures for 2016 reflect a further increase of 0,5% over the year in the number of job seekers (registered in category A, B and C). Moreover, the timid halt to the increase in number of unemployed registered in category hides very badly the violent increase of those registered in category D, the category corresponding in particular to training (+ 60.000 registered in category D over one year).
Over one year, the number of unemployed people receiving benefits continued to increase (+1,5%) proof that we are very far from an inversion of the curve of the unemployment, in reality.
www.initiative-communiste.fr looked at the real ones unemployment figures. Which in reality hide - which will not surprise the unemployed - the continuation of the increase in the unemployment All categories.

The consequence of the continued job destruction is the increase in long-term unemployment: the number of unemployed registered with the employment center for more than 3 years has jumped by 3,5% since November 2015.
Thanks to Euro-Austerity, there are still more unemployed in France, nearly 9 million poor now. but as Hollande and the MEDEF together observe, things are going better: France is the European record holder for the rate of millionaires, world record holder for dividend payouts. Eh yes ! This is not the crisis for everyone, since the capitalists are making the workers pay for the systemic crisis of Capitalism!
The real numbers of unemployment in November 2016:
